Take this to the 9club lobby
The lobby is open in a browser, with nothing to install.
An information site about 9club, for adults of 18 and over. Gambling risks money you may not get back. Support is available if it stops being fun.
Protecting Minors
This site is for players aged 18 and above only. If you share a computer or device, use filtering software to block access to gambling websites. Parental-control tools are widely available and easy to set up. Do not leave your account logged in or share your password. If you suspect a minor has accessed the site, contact support immediately so the account can be reviewed. Keeping gambling away from underage users is everyone's responsibility.
Recognise a Problem
Ask yourself honestly: Do I chase losses by betting more? Have I borrowed money or sold something to play? Do I hide how much I play or how much I lose? Am I playing to escape worry, boredom or sadness? Do I need bigger stakes to feel the same excitement? Have I missed work, lost sleep or skipped time with family because of gambling? If you answer yes to any of these, you may be developing a problem. The sooner you recognise it, the sooner you can take action.
Where to Get Help
A doctor or a licensed counsellor can talk through what you are experiencing without judgement. Free confidential support is also available from organisations that work internationally, such as Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. Search for any of these names online to find their contact details. Telling one person you trust is usually the first step and often the hardest. You do not have to figure this out alone. These services exist to listen and help you plan what to do next.
Set Your Limits
You can set deposit limits for daily, weekly or monthly periods directly in your account settings. A tighter limit takes effect right away; a looser one needs a 24-hour cooling-off period first. Loss limits and session time limits work the same way. Reality-check reminders pop up at intervals you choose, showing how long you have played and your net result. To set any of these, go to the responsible-play section of the lobby. Changing a limit downwards is instant; upwards requests wait.
Take a Break
A cooling-off period pauses your account for days or weeks while your funds stay safe. Self-exclusion closes your access for a fixed term, such as six months or a year. During self-exclusion you cannot log in, deposit or play, and the decision cannot be reversed early. To request self-exclusion, contact support in writing. You will need to confirm your identity and choose the term. The platform will block new account creation during that time. Keep a copy of your request for your records.

The Money Facts
Gambling is entertainment that costs money. It is not a way to earn income or solve financial problems. The odds always favour the operator over any long run, and no system, streak or staking plan changes that mathematical fact. Play only with money you can afford to lose, and treat any win as a bonus, not a guarantee. If you feel you need to keep playing to recover losses, step away and use the tools on this page.
